2500kms. Picton, Palmerston North, Rotorua, Kawhia, Tauranga, Wellington, Havelock and Hanmer Springs. A ton of family members and friends. Rad Christmas presents. Two fender benders. One very dented car. A tired, well-travelled Pomeranian. Endless glasses of wine and beer, too many late nights.
That my friends, is how we spent the last 14 days.
I present to you, a collection of iPhone photos for your enjoyment – or displeasure.
Leaving Picton – I spent 3.5 hours over a bucket. Pretty sure no one enjoyed my “look I’m spewing help me” Snapchats
An open fire and a bright idea
THAT OYSTER HAUL THOUGH
Smoked fish – the best kind of fish
We brought this wok for Casey’s dad for Christmas – it’s 65cms round and cooks the best feed ever
Windy Wellington – literally
BUT SERIOUSLY WIND WHAT THE HELL!!
New Years fun with my babe kaseyand.co – thank you for tolerating my craziness for 3 whole days
Ceviche with Horseradish Cream from The Captains Daughter in Havelock. The mussel capital of NZ that had run out of mussels – I know…I know…
Followed by a Halloumi and Pear Salad
OH LOOK – SUN. About the only time we saw it on holiday, thanks Hanmer
Happy new year pals. Make 2017 a good one.
